About the author

Isabel Webb started her culinary career as a pastry chef in Melbourne. Since then she has worked as a home economist for a variety of large organisations. Isabel was a guest speaker at the First Microwave Information Council of Australia, and sice the 1980s she has conducted private microwave classes in the Albury/Wodonga region. She has written 2 other bestselling books, Microwave Bottling and More Microwave Bottling.
