New softcover book published 2009. 250 pages.

A decade ago, Anita Bell struck a chord with homebuyers and her first book, Your Mortgage and How to Pay it Off in Five Years became Australia's favourite first-homebuying guide. But times have changed. Property prices have boomed, interest rates are volatile, the cost of living has increased and mortgages are being foreclosed in record numbers.

On modest Australian incomes, in a high interest environment, Jim and Anita Bell were able to pay off their first mortgage in three years. Since that time Anita has also paid off investment properties, but now, things are different. More mortgages are being foreclosed than at any time in Australian history. Interest rates are volatile, property prices remain high and times are tougher.

The focus now is not so much on how quickly you can pay off your mortgage but rather how many thousands of dollars you can save per property at every stage of the purchase and payment process.
Your Mortgage: How to save 50,000 to 250,000 per property illustrates, using simple, easy-to-follow steps how to save a home deposit, how to secure the right loan for your circumstances, how to find the right house or flat, how to get it at the right price and how to make it all yours.

Using precise, down-to-earth strategies that have grown more powerful in cost-savings per property in recent times Your Mortgage: How to save 50,000 to 250,000 per property gives you all the practical help you need to maximise repayments on your home loan and become a homeowner sooner.
