About the Author

Kathy Knudsen is a Sydney-based chef, freelance recipe developer and cake decorator. After completing a four-year apprenticeship in a leading hotel in Sydney, Kathy spent six months working as a chef at the Sheraton, Alice Springs. She has more than 20 years experience as a chef, food editor, food stylist and recipe deveolper. She lives on the Northern Beaches in Sydney with her husband and three young children to love to help their mum bake!
