The Country Show Cookbook is a selection of award-winning recipes. Fresh from the country many of these tried-and-true recipes have been handed down from generation to generation. Bake up a storm with more than 190 homemade favourites. Pull up a chair, sit down with a cuppa and remember how grandma used to bake.

The Agricultural Society of NSW asked every country show society to submit its best award winning recipes. Of more than 400 submissions, the top 190 made it into this classic collection of home-made favourites. Full-colour photos of many of the recipes plus incidental images from your favourite country shows depict the atmosphere, fun and rich community spirit in rural Australia. A percentage of proceeds from the sale of this book will go to individual show societies and to assist country areas.
