About the author
Gail Wegman was born and grew up in Washington D.C. but has lived in France for most of her adult life. She currently lives in the south of France where she opened a restaurant called Le Micocoulier with her husband. The restaurant became famous for its fusion cooking and its wide variety of homemade desserts, Gail's speciality. She has co-authored a book with her husband, Alain Schons, and continues to indulge her passion for baking and chocolate while working as a translator and teacher.
