About the author and Playgroup Victoria

Kaye Plowman is the CEO of Playgroup Victoria and has played a vital role in the association for 23 years. She has written books and booklets, produced DVDs and is a regular speaker at state, national and international early childhood conferences. Prior to working at Playgroup Victoria, Kaye was a school teacher and day care-worker. She is the mother of three children and grandmother of six grandchildren. She lives in Melbourne with her husband Clinton, who took the photos for this book
